Client Needs:

1) To develop an easy-to-navigate website that can be used for current and potential clients.

2) To facilitate the delivery of timely and cost-efficient communication by providing an online resource for parents with essential information, forms, and event dates.

3) To develop a logo and consistent identity for website, as well as all marketing materials.

Solution:

More in Store Marketing, LLC, designed and developed Main Street Dance Academy’s website, logo and ezine.

1) Current and potential clients use her new website to access class information and frequently asked questions, as well as registration and other downloadable forms.

2) Designed new logo for use on website and all collateral marketing materials, which can include stationary, business cards and brochures.

3) Developed an ezine (e-newsletter) exclusively to keep parents of current clients informed on a timely basis of schedule changes, clothing orders and recital information.

4) Client can perform website, message board and events calendar updates through an easy-to-use, web-based interface as an additional means of keeping parents informed.
